Created by Splapp-Me-Do and released on February 20, 2007; it was a huge success during the time of its release. Considered as one of the top online puzzle games during it’s time. The Impossible Quiz has inspired many other games; even fans have created their own versions as tributes to the game. About seven months after its initial release, Splapp-Me-Do released the second installment in the series. The sequel was named The Impossible Quiz 2, a lot of improvements were featured in the sequel concerning the visuals and presentations. Now it’s available on browsers as well as mobile devices.
Initially, The Impossible Quiz was released only as a demo with 30 questions; this occurred sometime during the end of 2004. The game was only ever meant to be a short feature on a website owned by a handful of Splapp’s friends; the website was created and developed way back when they were in college. Time passed and after continuous development and testing he eventually dropped the project altogether. Thus the also leaving the incomplete extended edition of the said Demo, the title was later revealed: The Impossible Quiz Beta. They meant to include around 10 additional questions in addition to the initial 30 found in the demo as well as a handful of checkpoints.About two years quitting the project, sometime during the second half of 2006, he decided to pick up the project but he started from scratch. Since he had other things to take care of he could only work on the game during his free time. All his labor and hard work paid off in a year when they finally released the full version of the Impossible Game. Until now people still go and have a fun, and overly frustrating, time with the game.
